The place was clean and absolutely spotless, it had nice staff at the reception desk. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, close to The Room. We also went to city centre, located just a short walk away from the hotel.

My room was big and functional, had safe for safety measures. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast.

Great location for walking to the beach, shopping center, and cafes. Spacious room for three, with an extra bed. Good selection of food for breakfast and friendly staff who speak English. Cleanliness well-maintained with twice-daily cleaning.

Strategically located 200 meters from the beach and right in downtown Las Palmas. Full English breakfast and buffet choice at € 9.00 Staff easy- going and very relaxed.

Room far too small and old-style rather uncomfortable matress Tiny shower and bathroom where one has to stride over the wc to get to the shower and where it is impossible to move around. As a preferred member of the accor hotels group I was expecting something similar to the Ibis Hotel - given the same price range ( around € 50.00 not incl breakfast ) - but this is far from it. I would only recommend it if you are on holiday and want to stay by the beach but I wouldn't use it on a business trip.

Very comfortable room, close to beach and bus stop. Good wifi and friendly staff. Nice breakfast options for vegetarians.

Air Condition did not work when we was there. Las Palmas is on the northern part of the island which means more cloudy than the southern parts. If you are there for the sun make sure you stay at in the southern parts which means not in Las Palmas. No information about that on Booked.net...

My wife Patricia and I live in Lanzarote, Canary Isles. Patricia was diagnosed with a brain tumor and was transferred to Hospital Dr Negrin, Las Palmas for further treatment and an operation. The location to the hospital (3km) was my main consideration together with cost! Hotel Igramar Canteras fitted both criteria. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was of a reasonable standard considering the low price of a meal. Although the location of the hotel is not ideal for holidaymakers as it is predominantly a "Spanish" area, its proximitey to the beach and promenade is suberb being only a short stroll away Overall, Hotel Igramer Canteras was ideal for my needs..

The parking situation around the hotel is horrendous if you have a vehicle! I decided to hire a car at Las Palmas airport as a return taxi fare was approximately €80! Taxi fares to and from the hospital were approximately €10 return and I was visiting twice/three times a day so car hire at €100 for five days was the most economical mode of transport! I paid for a "single" room and that is exactly what it was! Although very small, it had all the facilities required. My two daughters flew out for two days and they had a twin room which was of a very good standard. All in all, Hotel Igramar Canteras suited our needs and for anyone looking for an authentic "Spanish" experience then this could be the hotel for you.

The location is perfect, as it is just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Playa de Las Canteras beach and the Alfredo Kraus concert hall. Additionally, the rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities like air conditioning, a bathtub, and a balcony. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of products to choose from, all included in the price.

No issues, everything was satisfactory.

We were very pleased with hotel services, the room was tidy with fridge and big bathroom. The location is very good, you even can see a bit of the ocean from the window, only two minutes from the water, thow you will need to have a short walk to reach good swimming spot. The staff was very helpfull and assisted both with hotel services and city navigation, they even have a special luggage room, so you can leave your staff after you checked out until you need to leave the city.

Air conditioning was broken part of our stay, the street is a bit nosy at the evening, wifi is available only on the ground flor and has very weak strength.
